who we are
eCom Exchange is an eCommerce M&A and growth firm that does things differently. We own and operate multiple eCommerce brands, and we actively acquire new ones. That means when we advise on a deal, build a growth strategy, or prepare a brand for exit, we're drawing from the same playbook we use on our own businesses every day.
We started in eCommerce M&A - buying and selling brands - and expanded into growth and advisory services because we kept seeing the same problem: brand owners working with agencies and advisors who had no real stake in the outcome. We built eCom Exchange to be the firm we wished existed when we were on the other side of the table.

With over 8 years in eCommerce and 13 completed acquisitions and exits across both buy and sell side, Branden built eCom Exchange to be the firm he wished existed when he was on the other side of the table. He currently owns and operates 4 eCommerce brands spanning multiple platforms and marketing channels - the same businesses that inform every recommendation eCom Exchange makes.
Branden also serves as an Acquisition Entrepreneur Advisor for the Acquisition Lab - a 1,200+ member community that has facilitated over 400 closed deals and more than $1B in enterprise value. Featured in Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and Inc.
